By accessing the Stratimind platform or initiating a diagnostic session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Stratimind is the official English trading name of its operating legal entity. All references to "Stratimind," "the Platform," "We," or "Us" refer to the service and its operating entity. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
Stratimind is a proprietary strategic intelligence system — purpose-built to subject your existing business thesis to the kind of structural pressure-testing traditionally reserved for the most demanding investment and advisory contexts. It does not research your market, validate your narrative, or produce a conventional consulting deliverable. It interrogates the internal logic of what you already know — and renders a verdict on whether that logic holds.
The output is a bespoke Strategic Venture Viability Assessment: a comprehensive analytical work product constructed exclusively from the intelligence you provide during the session. Its value lies not in new information, but in the structural integrity analysis of your existing assumptions — surfacing the fracture points that conviction, momentum, and well-packaged advice routinely conceal.
This service is not regulated financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any form of licensed professional advisory service. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made following your engagement.
On analytical integrity: The Stratimind engine applies advanced reasoning models as one component of a broader proprietary intelligence architecture. All outputs represent structured analytical opinion. Conclusions should be treated as a high-calibre strategic input, and independently verified before being acted upon in connection with any material business commitment.
Standard Retail Value: The standard fee for a Strategic Venture Viability Assessment is $2,499.00 USD.
Founding Cohort Access: For a limited time, eligible users may access the service at the Founding Cohort rate of $999.00 USD. This rate reflects early-access positioning and is subject to change without notice once the Founding Cohort allocation is closed.
Payment must be made in full through our authorised payment processor before session access is granted. By completing payment, you authorise the charge and confirm your intent to begin the session.
Due to the bespoke, digital nature of this service — whereby a custom 20+ page Strategic Venture Viability Assessment is generated exclusively for you — the service is considered fully rendered once your session has been initiated and your report generated. As is standard practice for custom professional advisory services, sales are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Refund eligibility. A full refund will be issued without dispute in the following circumstances: (1) a verified technical failure on Stratimind's platform that prevents session initiation or report delivery, confirmed within 48 hours; or (2) duplicate billing caused by a payment processing error. To request a refund, contact support@stratimind.org within 48 hours, including your session ID and a description of the issue. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available on the basis of dissatisfaction with strategic conclusions reached, as the quality of output is necessarily dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
The quality of your assessment is directly determined by the accuracy of information you provide. You warrant that all information submitted is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not deliberately misleading. Stratimind does not independently verify the factual accuracy of information submitted during a session.
You retain full ownership of your Strategic Venture Viability Assessment for any lawful use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final report for internal business purposes only. The Stratimind diagnostic methodology, system architecture, interrogation frameworks, and system prompts remain the exclusive intellectual property of the operating entity and may not be reverse-engineered, reproduced, or commercially exploited.
Stratimind treats all session content as strictly confidential under our Client Privilege Framework. We will not disclose the substance of your session, your strategic inputs, or your assessment to any third party, except where required by applicable law or a valid legal order, or with your explicit prior written consent. This commitment survives the conclusion of your engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratimind's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for that session ($999.00 USD under Founding Cohort pricing). Stratimind shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profit or damages arising from decisions made in reliance on diagnostic output. The assessment constitutes analytical opinion — not a guarantee or prediction of outcome.
You agree not to submit false, defamatory, or unlawful content during your session. Stratimind reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if these terms are materially violated.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
